What we need

We need a Senior Art Director for the creative team within the Growthland initiative of NTT Disruption in our Madrid office. 4-5 years of experience in an advertising agency or design studio in the creation and development of both concepts for marketing campaigns / actions in digital media (web and any other digital technology) and offline (print and audiovisual especially ), as well as visual brand identities, including their application in concrete pieces and final arts. Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
His / her work will be to create concept ideas along our copywriter, taking them into shape through design for digital and traditional media, as well as providing art direction for shootings and for the idea application in diverse formats that can range from immersive spaces to digital and physical events.
There will also be work related to the creation of new brands, covering the brand concept up to the full visual identity development.
Qualifications & skills
Ability to both think ideas and brand identities from scratch and/or doing the whole development starting from an already defined point.
Teamwork capacity, especially to work jointly with our copywriter but also with the rest of the team leading and developing the tech for each project.
Curiosity about tech projects that will challenge industries’ and society’s mindset and your own.
4+ years of experience in the advertising or design industries, thinking and developing concept ideas as art director.
Experience in doing creative work for both digital (web and any other digital tech) and offline media (mainly, print and video).
Experience in the creation of brands and the development of their visual identity, including its application to specific formats and final artwork.
Full grasp of Photoshop, Adobe and InDesign.
A good level of English. It is required for meetings (in person and remote), presentation of ideas, emailing and other informal communications within the company and with clients.
